A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and I'm here to walk alongside you.

A Journey of Transformation and Empowerment

The Heart Behind Butterfly Effect

My path hasn't been a straight line—it's been a constellation of experiences, each illuminating the profound resilience of the human spirit.

Roots of Compassion

Growing up, I was always drawn to understanding human complexity from a young age. As a young adult, I obtained a diploma in Women's Studies (Honours), with a strong emphasis on Indigenous perspectives, which laid the groundwork for a holistic approach to healing. I learned that every individual carries a unique story, shaped by culture, experience, personal strength and resilience. Our experiences shape our view of reality, and how we navigate life challenges.

From Nursing to Holistic Healing

My journey as a registered nurse revealed the intricate connections between physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Working in diverse settings—from psychiatric units to palliative care—I witnessed the transformative power of compassionate, personalized support. I am honoured to walk along side patients and clients and my experience in diverse settings provides a unique skill set that I utilize in my approach with clients.

    An Invitation

Improving overall wellness is not about “fixing”, but about gaining understanding and awareness of self. It's about creating space for exploration, as a person feels calm and safe within their own body and nervous system. By honouring and creating space within for reflection and integration, awareness grows, and resilience is strengthened.
